CCTE 2010

The annual meeting of the Conference of College Teachers of English (CCTE) presents scholarly papers, creative writing, and speakers in all areas of literature and language, including linguistics and language studies, as well as the teaching of these areas. Papers and panel also cover writing and rhetoric, ESL, developmental writing, and the virtual classroom.

- Robert Adger Law Award for Best Shakespeare Paper
- American Literature Award; British Literature Award; World Literature Award; Randall Popken Rhetoric, Composition, Technical Writing Award; William E. Tanner Award for Rhetorical Paper by a Graduate Student
- George Nixon Writing Award for Fiction
- Creative Writing Award for Poetry
- Pedagogy in Literature
- Pedagogy in Rhetoric
- Frances Hernández Teacher-Scholar Award: The honoree receives a check for $1000 and a plaque honoring his or her professional achievement.
